Biography

Since March, 2006, I am working as a staff dermatologist at the Dermatology department of the Maastricht University Medical Centre. My main expertise lies within the field of dermato-oncology and dermatologic surgery. The focus is on patients with complex skin tumors. I work closely together with other specialists who treat skin cancer patients like plastic surgeons, ear-nose and throat specialists, ophthalmologists, general surgeons and radiotherapists. The MUMC is a referral center for skin cancer patients in Limburg and the South-east of Brabant. I share my expertise with residents in dermatology on the floor and also as a teacher in various resident courses.
