Dr. Leventer was born in 1956, and is a dermatology specialist since 1992, with a senior certification in dertmatovenerology since 1997; she has worked in University Hospital Colentina in Bucharest Romania, until 2007 when she decided to work only her private dermatology clinic. She also ran the department of Mohs MIcrographic surgery. The clinic has 5 surgery rooms, a histopathology laboratory, with a team of 15 dermatologists, 2 anatomopathologists and 3 plastic surgeons. Since 2017, the clinic was approved as training center for the Mohs fellowship program of ASDS-ITMP. Dr. Leventer has trained 5 dermatologists in fellowship program since 2021, all of them who are currently working independently in the clinic. Her scientific work includes articles, presentations, and the chapter of Mohs surgery in the Romanian Dermato-oncology treatment written for Carol Davila University. Dr. Leventer’s activity was appreciated with the Special Achievement Award and was Honorary speaker in 2009 for ISDS and in 2014 for ASDS. She is also involved in social responsibily causes and involved in educational programs for doctor, through the Skin Health Foundation.
