Biography:

During and after my dermatology specialization, I had the privilege of being trained in Mohs micrographic surgery by Dr. Michael Kunz. I also completed a 6-month fellowship, working with several renowned Mohs surgeons across the USA, Brazil, Germany, and France. These include MD Ally-Khan Somani in Indianapolis, MD Stan Tolkachjov in Dallas, Prof. Nathalie Zeitouni in Phoenix, Dr. Felipe Cerci in Curitiba, Dr. Bruno Fantini at Universidade de Sao Paulo, and Professors Matthias Möhrle and Hans-Martin Häfner in Tübingen, as well as Dr. Jean-Michel Amici and Dr. Olivier Cogrel in Bordeaux.

Thereafter, I undertook several clinical rotations at the Universities of Tübingen and Bordeaux. There, I focused on mastering the Tübingen Torte technique and enhancing my dermatosurgical skills, including performing sentinel lymph node biopsies. In 2023, I accepted the position of Co-Director of Dermatologic Surgery at the Department of Dermatology, University Hospital of Basel, Switzerland.
