Biography

Catherine Verburgh studied Medicine and Dermatology at the Free University at Amsterdam, the Netherlands. She graduated in 1996 and works as a dermatologists since then; first at the Sint Lucas Andreas Hospital (now OLVG) in Amsterdam, and since 2010 at the Tergooi Hospital, location Blaricum, the Netherlands. In 2014 she was trained in Mohs’ surgery at DCI Zwolle under supervision of dr Hanke de Vijlder, Dr Guus Kuiters  and Enny Beverdam, Mohs surgeons.  

In the Mohs centre in Tergooi 150 mohs procedures are carried out annually by two Mohs surgeons.
